Agreement of Cancellations and Substitutions*

Cancellations:
Requests for conference registration refunds must be received in writing at [email protected] by May 2, 2025. A refund (less $95 processing fee) will be made following the conference. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. Individuals who fail to attend the conference will not be entitled to any refund. Fees are not transferable to a future NECPUC Symposiums. Cancellation refund requests due to medical emergencies must include documentation.

Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed by individuals within the same institution/company and are required to register by the registration deadline. Substitutions must be received in writing via email by May 9, 2025. Send the appropriate attendee contact information to [email protected].
